Is DiscordSuite free?
Yes. The free plan exports in all five formats, with date ranges, first or last N messages and light or dark HTML, and has a message limit per export. It also exports member lists and downloads emojis and stickers, each with a limit. No account is needed.
If a chat goes past the free message limit, the export stops at the limit. Use a date range or first/last N to export a different part, or license Chat Exporter or all tools.

How do I pay?
Pay by card or with PayPal. Each tool is billed monthly, quarterly or yearly; the All tools bundle can also be billed every 2 years. Cancel anytime.
How fast is activation?
Activation is instant. Your license key is shown on screen right after purchase and emailed to you. Paste it into the DiscordSuite popup under License and click Activate.
Do paid tools work offline?
For a while, yes. DiscordSuite caches your license check for 24 hours. If it can't reach the license server, your last confirmed license keeps working until 3 days after your paid period ends, and at most 35 days after the last successful check.
How do I manage or cancel?
Click Manage in the DiscordSuite popup to open your billing page. If something goes wrong, contact support.
Refunds
Refunds are available for 7 days from purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] or use the contact form on the support page. After a refund, the key stops working at the extension's next successful license check, normally within 24 hours while you're online.

Do I need an account to use DiscordSuite?
No. The free plan needs no account. A paid tool uses a license key that's shown after purchase and emailed to you.
What happens when I hit the free limit?
The export stops at the free message limit. Narrow the range or buy Chat Exporter (or All tools) for unlimited messages.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes. Pay by card or PayPal. Each tool is billed monthly, quarterly or yearly; the All tools bundle can also be billed every 2 years.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Click Manage in the popup to open your billing page and cancel.
Can I use a paid license on more than one computer?
A paid license is personal. Use it on any number of your own computers and browsers; don't share it with other people. Teams of 5 or more need a team license.
What if the license server is down?
Any paid tool keeps working. DiscordSuite caches your license check for 24 hours. If it can't reach the license server, your last confirmed license keeps working until 3 days after your paid period ends, and at most 35 days after the last successful check.
